Some swimming pools are extremely deep and whilst we can provide a solution to create a shallower pool, as well as special installations for ease of access, you may wish to decommission the pool for a number of years, if you have a young family, for example. Covering the pool with a hard floor pool cover and adding additional flooring such as vinyl or carpet (either to the pool or whole room) can transform the space into a play room, fitness area, games room or even an extension of the home office, the possibilities are endless.

At one of our latest swimming pool refurbishment projects, our client requested a secret ‘hatch’ be installed, which provides access into the pool area beneath the floor. This has the advantage of creating a vast underground storage area, making even more of the space.
